Alicia originally started working at KCJ as an apprentice, completing a Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration and has worked her way up the hierarchy with her passion, determination, and hard work across the board. She now plays a vital role within the company and is responsible for managing various aspects of human resources and payroll functions within an organization. This role involves a combination of HR and financial responsibilities, ensuring that the workforce is effectively managed, and payroll processes are accurately executed. Since working at KCJ, Alicia has become a mother to a gorgeous little girl that often comes into work and steals everyone’s attention! Beyond the nine-to-five, Alicia loves to make memories with family and friends and playing with her pup, Spud.
