Our Process

  1. Initial Contact

You may decide to reach out to KCJ expressing your interest in our services through our website, email, phone, or in-person visit. On the other hand, we may reach out to you after coming across your CV via one of our recruiting platforms to discuss your current employment situation.

  1. Pre-Screening

We may decide to conduct a preliminary screening over the phone to gather basic information about your skills, experience, and job preferences if we feel as though your CV doesn’t provide in-depth details.

  1. Registration

You will then be required to complete the KCJ Care and Wellbeing’s registration process, which typically involves filling out an application form and providing a resume or CV, as well as any other relevant documents such as identification, work permits, and certifications.

  1. Interview and Assessment

Once a registration pack has been completed, you will be asked to attend an interview with one of our consultants. This could be done via teams or in-person. During the interview, we will delve deeper into your background, skills, experience, career goals, and preferences. Depending on the types of roles that you are interested in, we may conduct skills assessments or tests to evaluate your proficiency in specific areas.

  1. References and Background Checks

We request a reference check to be completed which involves contacting your provided references to verify work history, qualifications, and character. Background checks, such as criminal record checks or employment verification, may also be conducted depending on the requirements of the job roles that you are interested in.

  1. Agreement

Once KCJ has a clear understanding of your profile and preferences, we may ask you to sign an agreement outlining the terms of employment, ensuring that you understand everything in the contract. If any questions arise, we will be more than happy to assist you.

  1. Job Matching

When all necessary documents have been completed, KCJ begins actively searching for suitable job opportunities that match your profile and preferences. We will inform you about relevant vacancies and coordinate interviews with potential employers on your behalf.

  1. Feedback and Support

Throughout the job search process, we ensure to provide feedback on your applications and interviews, as well as offering support and advice to help you secure a suitable role.

  1. Placement

Once you have a successful interview for a position and receive a job offer, KCJ assists with negotiating employment terms, including salary/pay rate, start date, and any other relevant details. After you accept the offer, we facilitate the onboarding process and may provide additional support during their transition into the new role.
