Description
Are you passionate about vehicles and vehicle parts? Do you enjoy delivering great customer service and have a knack for identifying car components? We’re looking for a Vehicle Parts Sales Advisor to join our friendly and hardworking team!
Role Purpose: To sell vehicle parts to customers via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
Health & Safety Considerations
You will be expected to follow risk assessments relating to:
- Safe use of ladders
- Manual handling techniques
- Use of display screen equipment
Responsibilities
- Serve customers face-to-face in our shop.
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, including through platforms such as eBay, Facebook, our website, and parts search engines like Find-a-Part.
- List and manage vehicle parts for resale on eBay.
- Retrieve parts from the warehouse—this may involve climbing ladders and handling heavy items.
- Assist with other general duties as required.
