Description
We’re looking for an experienced Plater/Fabricator to join a respected heavy engineering company in Wales. You’ll work on a range of pressure vessels, structural steelwork, and pipework projects as part of a skilled, safety-focused team.
About You:
- Proven experience in heavy fabrication, pressure vessels, or structural steelwork
- Confident reading and interpreting detailed fabrication drawings
- Good understanding of measurements and fabrication maths
- Comfortable working at height or in confined spaces
- Forklift/lifting experience beneficial
- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and proud of your work

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and plate components in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Perform MIG and MMA welding to high standards
- Mark out, cut, and prepare materials from technical drawings
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely (saws, drills, rotators, cranes)
- Maintain strong quality control and adhere to H&S regulations
