- Building and managing your own client portfolio.
- Sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality candidates into permanent roles.
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Generating new business opportunities and expanding your desk.
- Supporting charitable initiatives through recruitment outreach.
